The THSC Watchmen became a sensation in the 2013 legislative session, which left a mark on the legislature. The lobby team was comprised of six home school graduates, five of whom were volunteer members. These talented THSC Watchmen sorted through nearly 10,000 pieces of legislation, tracked 120 bills, and killed 13 pieces of legislation that would have been detrimental to parental rights.
In 2015, the THSC Watchmen will return to the capitol to defend Texas families once again. THSC has recruited five new home school graduates to head back to Austin along with previous Watchman and now Public Policy Director Jeremy Newman. Greg Guggenmos, Ryan Parke, Stephen Howsley, Joshua Newman, and Isaac Sommers will be moving to Austin and dedicating five months of their life to defending the cause of liberty, and to Keeping Texas Families Free.

You may have heard it said, “No man’s rights or property are safe when the Texas Legislature is in session.” The THSC Watchmen will be guarding your rights vigilantly during this session.
Our guards first task is to raise $6,000 as a team by the end of the year for tracking and communication tools they will need while THSC gathers support for legislative operations for the coming session.
