Approved Exhibitor Information

Exhibition at the Texas Home School Coalition State Convention and Family Conference is by invitation only.  If you received an invitation to exhibit, you are an approved exhibitor.

How to Become an Approved Exhibitor

The type of vendor we generally invite offers books and/or educational products or services specifically of interest home schoolers. 

To apply to become an approved THSC Convention exhibitor, mail the following information to THSC Convention.

·     A mission statement,

·     A list of other home school conferences at which you have exhibited,

·     Samples of your product or the information you intend to disseminate (samples will not be returned).

We do not generally invite:

·     Discounters,

·     Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Amway, Avon, etc.

·     Single author publishers

·     Vitamin or health food companies.

Invitations will be emailed to approved exhibitors in January or immediately following approval thereafter.  Exhibitor space fills quickly and being an approved exhibitor does not guarantee that you will procure a booth.

Booths

Piped and draped standard 10’ x 10’ booths start at $300/ea.  A limited number of 10’ x 6’ mini-booths are also available starting at $175/ea.  Booths come with one 8’-long draped table, two chairs, and a booth sign.  Also included is a free listing of the exhibitor organization in the Convention Program and a link to the exhibitor website from the THSC website exhibitor page.

Attendance

Attendance at the 2007 THSC State Convention and Family Conference was approximately 1,005 families, 2,248 adults, 1040 children and teens, and 421 staff, exhibitors, and speakers for a total of 3,709.
