Become an Exhibitor

Exhibition at the THSC Southwest Convention and Family Conference is by invitation only.Please be aware that approval to receive an invitation to exhibit is separate from our booth application process.If you receive approval and an invitation to exhibit, a booth application must then be submitted.You are not guaranteed a booth until a booth application and payment have been submitted and you receive an email confirmation of your booth reservation.

How to Request an Exhibitor Invitation

Step 1: Review this webpage.
Step 2: Complete the online Request for Exhibitor Invitation between September 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014. ($30 application fee required)
Step 3: Submit a product sample.
Step 4: Your approval status will be e-mailed to the address provided in the request upon review by committee.

Deadline:  The approval window begins September 1, 2014 and ends December 1, 2014.  Requests must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2014. New Exhibitors will not be approved outside this time frame.

Companies We Invite: The type of vendor we generally invite offers materials, books and/or educational products or services that specifically relate to home schools.

We do not generally invite:

  • Discounters
  • Single author publishers
  • Vitamin or health food companies
  • Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Avon, Amway, etc.
  • Companies specific to a local area.

Product Samples
You must submit samples of your most popular products, or if you do not sell product, samples of the information that you intend to disseminate. If you wish to direct us to your website to view additional materials, please include the specific URL that you wish us to view. Requests sent without samples may not be processed.

Please Note: The committee reserves the right to approve or deny without further comment. Due to the quantity of requests we receive, an Exhibitor Invitation Request does not necessarily guarantee approval in time for an upcoming THSC Convention. Invitations will be emailed to approved exhibitors by January or following approval thereafter. Exhibitor space fills quickly and approval does not guarantee that you will procure a booth.

Booths
Options include piped and draped standard 10′ x 10′ booths as well as a limited number of 10′ x 6′ mini-booths. Booths come with one 8′-long draped table, two chairs, and a booth sign. Also included is a free listing of the exhibiting organization in the Convention Program and a link to the exhibitor website from the THSC website exhibitor page.

Advertising
THSC offers advertisement through Sponsorships, the REVIEW magazine, the Convention Program, and in Convention Registration Bags. For information on reaching Convention attendees through advertising, contact sales@thsc.org.

Registration Bag Inserts
2500 book bags containing promotional materials are distributed to attendee families at Registration. All inserts are subject to approval by THSC, but it is not necessary to be an attending exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are interested in giving your company or organization exposure at the THSC Convention through the registration bags, please email convention@thsc.org for details.
