  • Typing your name here will be treated the same as a signature on the paper form.
  • Requirements to earn a Good Citizenship Certificate:

    A minimum of forty (40) volunteer hours in any area or combination of areas.

    Any home schooled student who earns a Good Citizenship certificate is automatically entered into the competition for THSC's Good Citizenship Awards. These awards recognize the Texas students with the most volunteer hours (highest number of voters registered for the Alamo Award) in each category in a 12-month period, from January 1 to December 31 and are presented at the annual THSC Gala in the spring. Submissions should be emailed or postmarked no later than March 15 of the following year..
