It's Not Too Late to Get Encouraged!
The 2007 THSC State Convention and Family Conference was a great success! Even though Houston was threatened with a possible hurricane, we had nearly 4000 people attending and/or helping in this year's three-day event.
Throughout the weekend, attendees were blessed and encouraged by keynote speakers Andrew Pudewa and Debra Bell, as well as by other seasoned home school speakers. The children had a great time preparing to be Kingdom Warriors, and the teens learned about making wise financial decisions and also answered that ever-present socialization question during the fun activities and staff jobs! All this and so much more!
THSC would like to give a special thanks to all who volunteered to help make this another great event!
Be sure to mark your calendars for the 2008 THSC State Convention and Family Conference, to be held August 14-16, 2008, again in the beautiful Woodlands Waterway Marriott.
If you missed the excitement and inspiration of the 2007 THSC Conference last month, don't despair! CDs of the speakers' addresses are now available for purchase through Rhino Technologies for only $7 each. (If you'd like see the descriptions of the workshops, click on the graphic for the convention schedule.)
