Scholarships

Scholarships for On-site Cabin (dorm-style) Lodging and registration are available for adult leaders. This includes two nights’ lodging, all meals, facility, & registration fees. Each scholarship recipient will be responsible for the $5/person fee for linens or bring own sheets/blankets/pillow and towels. 

To request a scholarship, include a written request with your registration form.  A limited number of scholarships are available.

*Lodging Details:

On-site Hotel rooms feature 2 queen-size beds, linens, telephone with voice mail, AM/FM alarm clock radio, private bath with tub/shower, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, and high-speed Internet access.

On-site Cabin lodging is available for those preferring budget-friendly, dormitory style accommodations. There are two air conditioned sleeping rooms that include 7 sets of bunks and a single bed in each; one room will be for women and the other for men.  Each sleeping room has a bath area that features 3 showers, 3 sinks and 3 toilets. Guests should bring linens such as sheets, towels, and blankets or may order a linen package for $5/person.
