Registration
· Registration is available through October 9.
· Confirmation packets will be emailed to Attendees by October 16. If you do not receive your confirmation packet, please contact the THSC office.
· Refund Policy: Refunds requested in writing before October 9 will be issued
minus 10%. There will be no refunds after October 9.

PLEASE NOTE:
On-site hotel rooms are sold out. You may choose to stay in a hotel off-site and register as a commuter or to stay on-site in a cabin (dorm style lodging).
You may choose to be placed on a waiting list for a hotel room on-site. Being placed on the waiting list does not guarantee that you will receive an on-site hotel room. Please make back-up arrangements for lodging even if you are placed on the waiting list. THSC will contact you should you receive an on-site hotel room from the waiting list.
THSC has arranged a group rate at Sleep Inn in Waxahachie (a 20 minute drive to the conference center). Please reference the Texas Home School Coalition to receive the discount. To make reservations, call 972-938-1600.

Scholarships
Scholarships for On-site Cabin (dorm-style) Lodging and registration are available for adult leaders. This includes two nights’ lodging, all meals, facility, & registration fees. Each scholarship recipient will be responsible for the $5/person fee for linens or bring own sheets/blankets/pillow and towels.
To request a scholarship, include a written request with your registration form. A limited number of scholarships are available.
*Lodging Details:
On-site Hotel rooms feature 2 queen-size beds, linens, telephone with voice mail, AM/FM alarm clock radio, private bath with tub/shower, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, and high-speed Internet access.
On-site Cabin lodging is a dorm-style room with bunk beds and shared bath- rooms. Guests should bring linens such as sheets, towels, and blankets or may order a linen package for $5/person.
**Teens staying in a hotel are required to stay with their parents.
