Part of the mission of THSC is to strengthen the home school community.  This is accomplished in part by strengthening leaders.  The purpose of the annual Leadership Training Conference is first to encourage the spirits of leaders and second, to give them the tools they need to successfully lead their group. 

A New Vision Your Group and Your Leader

THSC has developed a schedule of informative and inspirational workshops to give leaders quality training and a renewed vision for their groups.  The workshop presenters are experienced leaders who have “been there, done that” and have lived to tell the story!  They will share the good and bad, the successes and failures, and remind you what leadership is all about.
