Had Problems with CPS? We Need to Hear from You!

Tim Lambert, president of THSC, represents the parents of Texas as he serves on the Department of Family and Protective Services Parental Advisory Committee. In this announcement, he asks families who have experienced difficulties with Child Protective Services (CPS) to provide their testimonies for a March meeting of the committee.

Texas Independence and Texas Home Schoolers

On March 2nd we celebrate the 168th anniversary of Texas’ independence. It was on that date in 1836 that sixty delegates at Washington-on-the-Brazos signed the Texas Declaration of Independence. That document was drafted overnight by a committee of five at the Convention of 1836 because the Alamo had already been under siege for nine days.
