When a home school graduate sought to attain additional certificates from a college he previously attended, he found recently added requirements that created new difficulties and obstacles for home schooled students to enroll. The family contacted THSC for assistance, and President Tim Lambert promptly wrote a letter to the Director of Education. A home school is a private school and, according to Texas law, home school students should be treated equally when attempting to gain admission into a university.
