For 4 years, THSC has been working on legislation to protect innocent children & families from trauma when CPS investigates & removes children unnecessarily.
We were clear that we as parents wanted to personally direct our children’s education and Rush Limbaugh helped many of us do that.
In 2020, THSC launched a campaign to bring to the attention of the public a court case in which a judge gave a man who was not related – either by blood or by marriage – joint custody of a 4-year-old child against the wishes of a fit father.
Last summer as the whole country was in the midst of an explosion of homeschooling, Harvard University was attacking homeschooling as dangerous for children and calling for laws that would “presumptively ban” the practice.
