Invest in the Next Generation of Leaders
The THSC Watchmen are homeschooled graduates who step directly into policy, advocacy, and leadership at the Texas Capitol. For nearly six months, they live and serve in Austin—reviewing and analyzing legislation, tracking bills, working with lawmakers and staff, helping negotiate improvements, drafting proposed language, and speaking or testifying when needed.
LEGAL ASSISTANCE
THSC steps in when members encounter homeschooling-related issues with CPS, work permits, the DMV, proof of education, Social Security benefits, and more.

Each election cycle, THSC works to provide families with the best possible list of endorsements so that families can feel empowered to go to the polls to vote for the most pro-family and pro-homeschooling candidates in Texas!
We partner with individuals – just like you – to establish interview committees (otherwise known as THSC Vetting Committees) who interview candidates before any endorsement is issued.

TOGETHER, WE DEFEND FAMILIES IN THE COURTS
TOGETHER, WE DEFEND FAMILIES IN THE COURTS
Approximately every 48 hours, a homeschool family in Texas receives advocacy assistance from the THSC Policy Team.
THSC offers legal assistance to Member Families, including legal consultation and advocacy for our members on homeschool issues, such as matters relating to school districts, custody cases (premium), truancy, and CPS (premium).

The Boatright Family: Our team fought for nine months to finally reunite baby Evelyn with her parents, exposing critical failures by CPS and Cook Children’s Hospital that devastated this innocent family.
The Lott Family: When CPS threatened to remove JD and Britney Lott’s children because of baseless claims from a Reddit group that had harrassed them for years, the FFP immediately intervened, ultimately preventing a CPS removal.
