Exhibition at Texas Home School Coalition Conventions is by invitation only. All exhibitors must go through an approval process before they are eligible to receive an invitation to exhibit. Use the Exhibitor Application below to apply to become an exhibitor.
This application is for NEW Exhibitors Only. If you have exhibited with THSC in Arlington and/or The Woodlands within the last three years, you DO NOT need to reapply using this form. You will continue to receive an invitation to register for Convention when that process opens. However, if you have not exhibited at a THSC Convention in the past three years, you must apply using this form.
This New Exhibitor process opens each year on September 15 and closes on November 15. New exhibitors are not approved outside this timeframe.

What kind of companies get approved to receive an invitation?
Companies We Invite: The type of vendor we generally invite offers materials, books, and/or educational products or services that specifically relate to home schools. We do not generally invite:
- Single author publishers
- Vitamin or health food companies
- Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Avon, Amway, etc.
- Companies specific to a local area
Will I have to submit samples of my product?
You must submit samples of your most popular products or if you do not sell products, samples of the information that you intend to disseminate. If you wish to direct us to your website to view additional materials, please include the specific URL that you wish us to view. Requests sent without samples may not be processed.
Does THSC explain the reason for denial?
The committee reserves the right to approve or deny without further comment. Due to the quantity of requests we receive, an Exhibitor Invitation Request does not necessarily guarantee approval in time for an upcoming THSC Convention. Invitations will be emailed to approved exhibitors in January or following approval thereafter. Exhibitor space fills quickly and approval does not guarantee that you will procure a booth.
What size booths do you offer?
Options include piped and draped standard 10′ x 10′ booths, as well as a limited number of 10′ x 6′ (The Woodlands) and 10′ x 8′ (Arlington) mini-booths. Booths come with one 8’ x 30″ long draped table, two chairs, and a booth sign.

Also included is a free listing of the exhibiting organization in the Convention Program and a link to the exhibitor website from the THSC website exhibitor page.
If I am not accepted as an exhibitor or if it is outside the approval window, can I still participate?
Yes! Here are some advertising options that will give your organization exposure to our attendees:
THSC offers advertisement through Sponsorships, the REVIEW magazine, the Convention Program, and in Convention Registration Bags. For information on reaching Convention attendees through advertising, contact email@example.com.
Registration Bag Inserts
2,000 book bags containing promotional materials are distributed to attendee families at Registration. All inserts are subject to approval by THSC, but it is not necessary to be an attending exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity.
