Homeschool groups listed on here are typically groups with membership that is at least 51% or more of families who are engaged in parent-directed, private education per the THSC definition of homeschooling. Please note that THSC reserves the right to approve or deny groups based on whether groups appear to represent causes or values that would be in conflict with the Mission and Statement of Faith of THSC.

Search recommendations: We recommend searching by city or zip code for local homeschool groups, regional groups, and statewide virtual groups. If searching by zip code doesn’t show groups near you, try searching by the city. If you find too many groups, refine by categories that are of interest to your family.

The THSC list of home school groups on thsc.org reflect the freedom of home educators in Texas to choose from a wide variety of home school philosophies and teaching methods. Opinions and attitudes expressed in articles do not necessarily reflect the beliefs of the Texas Home School Coalition. THSC does not endorse nor advocate any one method, philosophy or views expressed by and group included in the THSC list of groups. This list has not been provided for solicitors, and should not be duplicated or copied for solicitation. Inclusion on this list is, in no way, an endorsement by THSC nor an indication of similar values as THSC. The board encourages home educators to seek God’s will in determining what is best for them, their school, and their students. Groups listed on this page are reviewed by THSC. THSC verifies to the best of our ability that these groups do not represent causes or values that would be in conflict with the Mission and Statement of Faith of THSC.
